2. Visit the Retailer’s Website #
Go directly to the retailer’s website and sign into your account if necessary. Many retailers provide:
- self-service return portals
- printable return labels
- exchange options
- live customer support
3. Follow the Retailer’s Return Policy #
Each retailer maintains its own return window, eligibility requirements, and refund process. Some items, including luxury goods, collectibles, or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.
We recommend reviewing the retailer’s return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
